Yes, i did scan on N*L, so if its on 6887 i've done that already.

There is no split, connected straight onto the wall box.

Also, I searched in google and just found a .bin file for Bolton M/C on 6952 in www.dooby2oon.4shared.com , 300 channels, i'll try it tonight and share the success although the track record so far is not good.

Anyone have the Eurovox 5000 yet, might go for that if this one doesn't work soon.

 

how many channels have you?is your emu turned on menu-1570-emu set to on,don't waste your money on another box because if the starview wont work neither will a eurovox.

 

ok you've not guessed i'm still at work, i've had between 20 - 24 channels some work some dont

I know about the emu and settings etc from about a 100 previous attempts the most recent of which produced the very scrambled Sk* Spor*s 1, too scrambled to update itself.

I'll give it another go tonight. Thx for the help, always appreciated.

Hi all,

All my channels said scrambled or bad channel so I did a factory reset and have rescanned however I am missing some channels. I don't know all of them but the ones I have noticed are Sky Sports 1 & 3 and KISS.

Can somebody please give me the frequencies for these so I can try and manual scan.

Hi karljd, LOL , 4share site is yours? anyway the Bolton area channel file upload went sweet, now i have lots and lots of channels with no signal.

that must be the problem, poor or no signal, the cable is an NT* original and the connectors from Maplins, cant imagine there'd be a problem with those. I've seen advice to get NT* come in an test the signal strength. What do you think?

Also what does the C11 capacitor do, can that be a cause?
