STARVIEW UPDATING FIRMWARE - NO CODE BEGGING HERE

Hi Guys, looks & seems major changes hav happend due to two convictions, do the update codes on page one mean nothing now rendering this site no god for update codes for sv clones etc ? Thanks in advance, if true thanks for everything scouse fergus celt etc have done for me on here invaluable as i have said b4, regards Omni

 

PS Guys, I have cloned sv 1, I have it scrambling almost anything even bbc1 have leads etc whats the best config for me? i hvae 257ee the now june 2006, has been the bees knees till now but total sh@t now and willing to try anything the now.

Im not too sure cos you have updated other b0xes with the same cable , try do a factory setting before updating and try it again

hi i've had my genuine box for a long time now and updated it succesfully twice, now after the last hit instead of just updating codes i updated firmware and uploaded the channel dump again. Now after several attempts i can only scan and get the same 20 channels. I have reset the default, EMU on, and auto scan on ex c&w. The auto scan covers 58 channels. Anybody experienced this before, appreciate the help.

 

Why not use the channel dump you have from before

also do a factory reset and turn the box off at the back then switch back on again then do your scan and see if that works you need to clear the box by turning it off from the power button on the back of the box

And dont forget to put you E** back on again

 

i thought the channel dump might be the problem, i also updated to the latest firmware which should auto-roll. i had no problem when updating the keys manually.

just trying your advice
