If your in the UK I wouldnt be putting this on your box's, use the last good firmware 1.09 as the Beta version is for the Irish users to fix their ongoing issues,

Hey, need some help here. Have downloaded the fix and tried to install it onto the box. It's reaching 100% but the screen has now frozen on that page. It says not to cut the power as it could seriously damage the box. EXIT on the remote doesn't do anything, nor does OK. Help anyone?!

Not too sure, not too savvy when it comes to things like this! First I tried the BETA one which was a .rar file but it didn't do anything in the box when I pressed ok on the remote. I deleted that from the stick and the one I'm trying now is a .bin file. That any help?

ok take your usb stick out of the box and see what happens then download this fix http://www.4shared.com/dir/17021639/1d7b8d51/sharing.html and put it on your memory stick and download it on your box, but before that when you take the usb stick out of the back of your box it should give you controle back if not turn it of an the back and back on let me know how you get on

Tried it, downloaded the fix you just posted and it seemed to work fine. Did an automatic scan and it found the channels but it's only giving me blank screens. Says no signal. Tried switching keycode to On but still no luck.

you must have the cable in the wrong input its the one furthest away from the scart that says cable input 'up the top'
try that and let me know

It's definitely in the right one. Cable is going from the RF Out on the n*l box into the Cable Input on the Starview box.

did u do a fresh scan after flashing box, scan for channels, keycode to on and set default key will make it update.
dont scan thru other box, always scan straight from wall to cable input.

Here's what I did; put the firmware on it, it rebooted, I did a factory reset, scanned for channels, it found loads of channels, I put keycode to On, selected default key and exited to channels. No luck. Can get RTE 1 but nothing else.

when you say rf out on n*l box do you mean there actual box if so disconect the other box and put the cable straight (direct) in to your box super (cable input) and make sure your scart is in proper,
let us know how you get on.
