There is another patch to that out since, you will find it in Eamos called The Box Super USB BETA. Flash with that and missing channels will come back.

I would however recommend a factory reset and rescan after any update. Remember to put your keycode back on.

Obviously Starview only interested in their new customers and to sell new boxes as no fix for the thousands who bought their boxes in good faith and are now left in the lurch.

I would advise peeps NOT to buy Starview again as there after sales service is disgraceful. Before anyone suggests we got a good run out of them note that they said they would support all boxes.
We should report them to the E.U. as under current legislation all cable boxes are covered by a 2 year guarantee from the maker to be of good quality and to be of proper use for the amount spent.Legal issues could overide this but who knows.

leafleaf you never said if it waz the box usb that you have,
whats even more surprising is that no one has got on to help you after 9 hours???
just sent you a pm on how to get it back on, if it is not the box usb forget it.

u get many more answers by reading the threads without posting the same question that has been answered many times before.

its not my problem that leaf did not look through a few pages and i know he would have got the answer 1 or 2 pages back but some1 could have put him wide
and yes if i had have been on line at that time and not in work, i would have helped him.
karljd no need to take a dig at me, i was'nt saying you should have answered him, just 'anybody' could have and yes i know you cant be on every thread at once and answer every one

May I just say a very big thank you to all on this site who constantly help people like me to gain the knowledge of how to do these things. And also a big thank you to the programmers who also make these things fool proof. Got everything sorted and I feel so clever when really its you lot.
    Many thanks yet again x x x
