Starview usb 4 Fix (we're all doomed, doomed i say)

    scouser save me from despairrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

    i tried 2 boxes now and all the same result

    would they be faulty?

    It will come up as an unsupported file if you are trying to open it on your pc. The file I gave you is the one every one else has updated to in Ireland and its fine for a genuine box.

    Try another stick and see what the outcome is ;)

    u sure its a BIN file and not exe or rar or zip

    i personnaly would try unplugging the usb stick switching the box on using the switch at the back do a factory reset the switch the box off using the switch at the back plug in your usb stick switch your box on at the switch on the back not the standby button and start again from scratch using the unrarred file scouser just gave the link for

    ok did exactly what you said above
    switch on
    factory default
    swithc of
    usb in
    switch on
    click usb
    highlight theboxusbsuperbeta.bin file
    click on it restore data and press ok and then
    it is not support file!!!

    are we out of options?????????
    really pi5555ed now

    is it black ? the box super is available in black so i hear but i've never seen one and i wouldnt imagine it has got a usb port

    if so i apologise immediately

    it says digivox xl usb
    will that work here?

    LOL guessed as much :) Yes they will work but obviously not with a Starview file, (although the bins are similar). Give me a mo and I will get the FW for you.
