did you follow the tutorial? Did you factory re-set after flashing the box? Are you scanning from a direct feed (no splitter on the cable, direct into the box)

Thanks mickah and hooter for the help so far.
Its an nt* cable and no splitter at all.
Ive looked at the box and i cant see a silver heatsink so i assume its not a clone box.
Well i downloaded that usb file you gave a link to but its not a bin file,so when you press ok on it, nothing happens,is there another way to install it?

    Learchus,
Change the name of the file to:-
ALL CHANELLS FOR BOX USB DATA file only.bin
The .bin extension is essential or it will not load.

    hey hooter,
well thanks for renaming the file and i installed it and got a few more channels like some of the movies and news but still no sk*,bb* or rt*.
Do i just follow the same tutorial and use the all channels file instead?
Thanks for all the help so far.

    defie,

This is a list of the frequencies used by N*L in Dublin. Maybe there are some variations for Waterford.
If you can identify the other frequencies you can do a Manual Scan to find the missing channels.
Check with someone who has a working box in your area if you can.
Otherwise can anyone in waterford provide the info?

    SV4 - TP List

    No. Freq.
    1. 150000kHz
    2. 291000kHz
    3. 299000kHz
    4. 307000kHz
    5. 315000kHz
    6. 323000kHz
    7. 339500kHz
    8. 347500kHz
    9. 355500kHz
    10 363500kHz
    11 371500kHz
    12 402000kHz
    13 418250kHz

    maybe i wasnt clear..sorry

Factory reset..Loaded your channel file. Turned on key. set default key and all channels still black.

Performed factory reset again. Rescanned . Turnd on key. set default key. Back where i started. most channels some missing.

This is where I am now. Did try a rescan after setting the default key but it made no differece to the channels found

Hope the above makes sense and thanks again

ok from the beginning do this
do a factory reset flash the beta on, scan in for channels on manual scan, this is how it should look
    150000
    6887
    64
    enabled
    wait for it to stop
press menu 1570 keycode on, set default key,
then flash this file if you are still missing channels
    http://www.4shared.com/file/114093272/46157ec4/ALL_CHANELLS_FOR_BOX_USB_DATA_file_only.html
when done press menu 1570 turn keycode on and pressset default key.

did all you asked. when i manually scanned still missing Loaded your file. Turned on key and default ket set..All channels now blank

Did factory reset again. performed manual scan turned on key and default key set.

    Manual scan finds 140 channels

most of them back up now. Still missing a couple of the adult ones but I can probably survive without these

    now add this file,
    http://www.4shared.com/file/114093272/46157ec4/ALL_CHANELLS_FOR_BOX_USB_DATA_file_only.html
and put that on and you will get the adult and the other 10 channels you are missing, if all the channells go black just turn keycode on
no need to rescan or factory default.
