believe me mate i would love it to be true, but all you are doing is giving people misinformation, what i am doing is telling them the truth, no point in building up peoples hopes to be dashed next week.

Try doing a bit or research on google yourself and see like has nagra 3 be hacked, or has nagra3 be cracked, up to the end of 2008 there has been no sign of it. So what has changed now absolutely nothing.

ok the two of you i will leave you both to dream on, as i have said it wont happen, if it has not been done on sat, and that is where all the files come from first, then are modded for cable, it aint going to happen, as you say lets wait and see.

And when the answers as you put it are found then it will be posted on the forum for all to see and have access to in the usual manner. At the moment it is (Mis-information) whether it comes across as negativity or not, that is definately the current situation.

Yes you are correct, but so is the sat scene and much much bigger, and that is still waiting for a fix for Nagra3, so until they get one first, the cable scene will be at the end of the food chain.

Well it defo wont be a Starview fix first, as if there is ever to be a first to fix it would be a Kryptview one, as they have the best support team, and are always the first to have a fix.

And if people in Ireland are still buying them, that are on NTL they are totally in need of a Brain.

ferg, just watched the video e45 posted
can anybody tell me why u.s.a did not go with nag.3 or dropped it for a different encryption system??
also is it just rumors about japan nearly cracking it!!
also i hate to put negativity in posts, but spain and another few eu countries have been on nag.3 for a while now and no break or fix,

Good man word's of wisdom,my view on this is seller's are telling people who have bought boxes and are waiting on delivery, that there is a fix out in the next week so they will not cancel their orders.Think how long it took starview 4 to get a fix for n2(2-3 months)and their saying they'll have a fix for n3 within a week, don't make me laugh. Also there is absolutely no need for abusive name calling just because members don't agree with someone telling it as it is.

now they are even better words of wisdom, 'nice1 karljd'
when i joined this site everybody was helpfull now that there is no fix at the moment, people are just coming on the site with anger cos the ones that helped before cant help or give a fix
and yes there might be a fix tomorrow next week or in a month
but if you get that type of info of the person who sold you your box thats a joke
also e45 much respect to you learned a lot from you in your previous life here, ;)

sorry con27, you called e45 negative little p*****
Last year it was newbies like myself & yourself who used to praise him for his answers and now cos he cant give you a fix or update and cos hes telling you the truth about the way things are you revert to name calling, sorry to tell you and not being smart, but were not in the school playground here.
Its a help forum and you have to be prepared to take the good with the bad, :0
