Hi I am in Galway and with NTL, last night all the channels came up Bad Channel / Scrambled what should I do...

 

enter the new keys in the nagravision menu. you can get the keys at the following link.

Hi again, no luck with them codes I'm afraid, I'm putting in 2004 in the pin and then entering the codes ( have checked the EMU is on ) have you any other ideas...

 

try updating your firmware to v3.00

 

Sorry to be a pain, but how do I do that ( please explain in Starview for Dummies format...

Does anybody know the advantage of using v3.0 instead of earlier firmware ?
