Hi rasha, At the risk of repetitive info as above - if you had all the channels that you previously said you had then you shouldn't need to flash the box, you should be be able to get all your channels back by doing a factory re-set as was advised above. Menu and scroll down to Factory Settings OK, English OK, choose your provider NTL and Autoscan OK, when finished exit to main Menu and enter 1570 and turn Key Emu to ON, exit out to any encrypted channel $ and let it update, however if you wish to go ahead and flash the box then follow this link - everything you need there. >>>

hi malci thanks i got all my channels back thank god for that but still not ssp3 any idea how do i get it plz?i tried (1310000,4910000) but still nothing

If you are in UK and receiving ssp1, then check the frequency on that and then do a manual scan on the same frequency, both on same frequency.
