   Hi guys I am new at this just got starview 3 can't get passed the old pin in parental lock I go into parental lock press info nothing changes put in 2004 in old pin put in new pin confirms new pin but it keeps going back to old pin won't go any further can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or how do I get in to unlock channels Thanks
