    thank you everyone for your help, but still non of the codes are working for me can anyone give me step by step info plz.

    inputted for v++g++n m++d+a following codes and they worked for me

    54 01 provider

    46 89 6d 87 07 24 42 2f
    c1 6c be 24 09 f2 dd fa

    try it now mine is working perfectly

    still no hope cant get mine back on no matter what code i put in, is there an expert that i could contact plz. thanks everyone for trying to help me.
