Sorry can't make any sense of your post.

Question though : Have you got ALL your files into a folder named VIDEO_TS(uppercase)?

If you haven't, then this may be the root cause of your problem.

    Hope this helps.

Give me a list of the EXACT files you have.

Also list the process you used.

The files that you have listed, they need to be in a folder named VIDEO_TS are they?

I have tried using nero ( the latest version ) by using the Video button and also tried the iso option .. both burns my dvd but neither works. I have also tried COPYTODVD which also burns my dvd But again only will make the disc work on my pc.

I started out using nero, which was okay for some time then I started to encounter compatibility issues.

Your problem for sure is a compatibility issue.

I have written a small guide for what I used in nero, I shall PM this to you, by no means is this guide bullet proof but it may help you.

Failing that, I have now got recordnowmax which is by far the most compatible dvd burning proggy that I have come across and would recommend it.

BTW did you use the 'get VTS sectors' on ifoedit as this has caused some problems in the past.

I use 'ritek' branded dvd-r's, a little more expensive but alot of people recommend this media.

    I get these from www.blankdiscshop.co.uk

What option do you use in nero?

    What is your dvd standalone?

Yes it looks like ur doing things right, your dvd-r will be compliant, just the dam thing wont play in ur standalone.

    Media or software I think.

In nero there are 3 main dvd options to choose.

    1.dvdvideo - pretty compatible
    2.dvdudf/iso - more compatible
3.dvdudfonly - compatible with older players

The above is my opinion only as I have 4 standalones aswell as a PS2

What I do is when ifoedit has completed it's thing (vob nav packs etc) I close ifoedit and re-open it, select the videots ifo and open, click on 'get VTS sectors' and just hit ok until no more message boxes come up.

Then that is it, u can close ifoedit down and just burn the folder.

I now use a proggy called dvd2one, and not ifoedit anymore, dvd2one does it all for u and is simple to use.

But we need to get a dvd-r playing in ur standalone first.

    I have a cyberhome 402.

The nero version I used was 5.5.9.17 (older version), this played nero dvd with the udf/iso format and udfonly format with no problems.
