lol i THOUGHT i knew who it was.....but i dont think they wud delete it.....now that i think about it.....they wudnt.....but now the MS gave the detective the ip address where they used it from, they cud possibly find who has it.
didn't you get yelled at for text speak? why yes you did, several times on this thread alone. knock that off, please. anyway, i still say you should organize a raid and see if you can get your stuff back. the law obviously isn't helping you, so why follow it in this particular instance?

LMAO! Have you heard anything about this before? I have a new xbox 360 (glad i got it because it was manufactured 10/29/06, so chances are it will last LONGER than my other one, plus it has the quiet BenQ drive in aswell ;-)
