    So

I would like to get some sort of home media server. I am thinking it should be able to stream to my laptop. It should be able to store alot of data and play directly over the streaming. I would like to download in to it so torrent compatibility would be nice.

So to get to the issue what would you guys tell me to buy and why?

    Links would be nice :)

I personally use a small server application called tversity and it works on on all streaming devices including all gaming consoles phones and ipad tablets.

There is a free version and a paid version and the free version does all you need it to do.

    Link is:

Try that and let me know how you go.
