Stumped. Sound but no video

    Hi, I have a avi video that won`t play. I`ve tried it in Windows media 11 and the newest realplayer but no luck. I get the audio but no video. Any help would be great.. thanks and sorry, this probably a repost.

    thanks for anyone that looked.. I downloaded DivX and it`s working now..
