Stumped. Sound but no video

Hi, I have a avi video that won`t play. I`ve tried it in Windows media 11 and the newest realplayer but no luck. I get the audio but no video. Any help would be great.. thanks and sorry, this probably a repost.

 

thanks for anyone that looked.. I downloaded DivX and it`s working now..

 

You're more than likely missing a video codec. Install FFD Show: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/codecs_and_filters/ffdshow.cfm/rev__610__20061201 and you should be OK.
