I have been converting avis and burning them to dvds using nero, but when I play the dvds they tend to start stuttering and jumping near the end of the movies. Whats causing this? Ive tried burning them without any programs active and with my internet connection disabled along with my security software but still the problem persists. Is it bad media?
Are you burning at MAX speed? Your errors are well known: try burning slower. I personally think the drive is changing speed at the point of failure, so the burning parameters are changed (in this case, for the worse). That is why 'everyone' reports virtually the same problem. Different media or different burn speed will give different results.
