I like to use SubSync 2.15 to synchronize my subtitles to my videos.
On my old computer, it worked great!. But, now I have a new computer
(hp pavilion p6774y AMD Phenom Quad 4...6gb of ram...64 bit .etc) with Windows 7 Home Premium. Now, the SubSync will not work correctly.
I open a video and open a subtitle.....click on edit subtitles... but the video will not play when the play button is pushed. It's hard to click on the first dialog and the last dialog, when I can't get the video to play.
Does anyone know what the problem could be? I even tried the compatibility (and changed to Windows xp) and that still didn't help.
I would appreciate any help anyone can give me to fix this problem. I haven't found another program that works as easily as SubSync, and I would like to be able to use it.
Please help, if you can. I really want to continue to use this program.
    Thank you

I have used it under Windows 7.
The thing I noticed that it requires a double click to start and stop - else right click on the buttons and use the sub-menu.
