Problem subsync won't accept video

    I have always used "Subsync: to sync my videos and subtitles.
    My problem is that it just stopped working. When I click on the video button, it won't let me open a video.
    Nothing happens in the program.
    Does anyone know why "Subsync" just stopped working?
    I have used it for years and now it stopped.
    I would appreciate any help.

    Is there no one that can make a suggestion as to how to fix this problem?
