hi plz keep in mind am new to all this so be gentle i downloaded a film which i want to watch on pc first which came with subtitles so i opened mpc and selected load subtitles but i get the error 'To load subtitles you have to change the video render type and reopen the file - Direct show: VMR7/VMR9 can anyone tell me how to do this plz i looked through past forums but people said in other cases to install vodsub which i did and generrally use vlc but it wont work in vlc either, i also renamed the files the same as avi and put in same folder. thnx
Run Media Player Classic, click 'view'---'options', then 'output' under 'Playback'. There change 'DirectShow Video', 'Realmedia Video', and 'Quicktime Video' accordingly. Happy DVD viewing!
i have a real file that won't display its subtitles. can anyody tell me what player or codec i need?? thanks tired vlc -> no video tried real one -> no subs
