Hey thanks for all the advice mate but I'd rather go with what Ive got so far. Nice thought but you've changed the whole of my system completely. Kash
Yo Kash.. whatever on the card.. but look at the X850XT.. It is a kick ass card for the money... but other than that.... whatever..
Nah man I cant afford it. Already way over my budget. Thanks tho anyway. I'm going with the 7600Gt. Kash
Whatever.. but dont say i did not tell you on the ram.. Have Fun with the system.. and why the 7600 the 6800 is at least 256bit?
hi everyone as for me i am getting a new PC for around $700 and i'll add more upgrades on the way these are the specs : AMD 64 X2 Dual Core 4600+ $~242 1 GB Corsair XMS 800 MHz PC6400 $~100 320GB Seagate Barracuda 7200 $~100 I have a Dvd burner already *Free* ASUS EN7600GS SILENT/HTD/512M Geforce 7600GS 512MB $~140 A Nice Asus Motherboard With Integrated LAN $~100 And the rest (PS,Case,Fans) ,a friend of mine in the US will take care of and ship it to me here in Egypt
Whatever, yeah, OK then. Like I say, get lots of RAM, still do not know why others are recommending 1gig instead of 2. Would like to know why that is......Any takers?
I thought 2 gb would be excessive over totally nothing actually i would only play a couple of games prehaps encode a couple of dvd rips 2 gb is waste then don't u think plus i have a budget to keep i'm still 15 u know
I was reading on the internet that core 2 duo is faster than the amd fx62 chip but it doesn't have a memory controller on the chip so it has to use the motherboard front side bus for it's proccessing. And the AMD chip is designed better. Is this true?
Well i dunno but I've read the samething somewhere bout that however according to the reviews i've seen amd dual cores are so good and we should change from intel we've been long term fans since umm.. umm.. i was born
