    Hey Guys

My friend gave me 2 SVCD of The Italian Job. I was able to play it in my computer, I wanted to join them and make a DVD. I use TMPGEnc to join the 2 SVCD and demux them into Audio and Video. When done, I use IFOEdit to author them. They play well in IFOEdit, but when I bring them to "DVD Lab" its a authoring program too, it says that my SVCD are of PAL format and might not be able to work in some DVD player. Now my question is how would I go about making this DVD of PAL format to NTSC so I can view it on my home DVD player. Any suggestion before or after the joining (mpg format), demuxing, or authoring. Or any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

It can be done, but you need a couple of things.
A Wav editor, and a dvd (mpg2) codec, such as
    powerdvd's.
Open the WAV in the wave editor (I use sound
forge) and TIME STRETCH it by 104.27 %.
For example, 84 seconds, beocmes 88.
Open the mpg in tmpgenc (here's where you need the codec) and choose ntscfilm template.
Give it your time stretched audio.
On the settings/advanced page, check off
    "do not frame rate conversion"
    That should be it.
