Can i play the svcd files without a dvd
Is there like a dvd player that converts the svcd files in avi or mpg
And is the same story with the vcd files

SVCD files are already in MPEG format, MEPG-2 that is. You need to find/install an MPEG-2 codec, then you can play the SVCD file in many players, including Media Player

hey, install a software dvd player, that will install mpeg-2 codecs, even if you dont have a dvd drive!

As for the SVCD, the file that you can play will be located in the mpeg2 folder and called avseq01.dat! also there may be other files!
