Sync Problems - Combining MPEG-2 Files

I have managed to extract the 2 MPEG-2 files from their bins and have joined them using TMPGEnc Plus. However when i play it back, the audio is slightly ahead of the video.

Is there a program i can use to get the audio in sync? If so could you tell me what it is and what i have to do?

    Many Thanks.

Strange. How did you extract the mpegs from the cues/bins? Be careful to join 2 'true mpegs' and not 2 'riff files'.
The AVSEQ01.MPG movies which are on the D:\MPEG2 directory of a SVCD are 'riff files' nor 'true mpegs'. It's a little confusing: on a VCD they would have been named AVSEQ01.DAT.
You can convert the 'riff files' into 'true mpegs' with VCDGear (mpeg --> mpeg).
Maybe this is the reason for the sound being bad on the merged files.
