Syriana all subtitles or no subtitles

Hi - finally getting around to backing up Syriana but can only get subtitles (English) for the entire movie or of course if I uncheck the subtitles I get no subtitles - my question: does anyone know how I can just get subtitles for the Farsi etc. that is spoken without having to have the entire movie subtitled - thanks
