I have had great success with using OSEx to rip my movies especially since you can pull out just the english version of the movie by itself and fit it on one DVD disk. My problem is with a movie that I am trying to rip now. I open OSEx and it tries to grab the DVD to rip right away and never imports it like it usually does. It just quits responding and then errors. This is the first and only disk it has done it on. Anyone have any ideas why? I thought it might be some sort of burn protection but I played a few seconds of the movie then paused it and tried to rip it like some have suggected to do to get around this security feature but it still did not work. I am out of ideas.
OSEx freezes or only decrypts part of a video. I have tried setting Segment to "title" and CSS Key refresh rate to VOB Unit, amongst other settings. DVD Extractor for OS9 worked fine if I 1 connected the cells. Any suggestions?
