System Shutdowns?

    hey, can anyone help me here, about 10mins after I connect to the net I get an error called 'system shutdown' it says sumtin bout NT authority/system bein...stupid and that the 'remote procedure call' terminated unexpectedly. then its got a timer sayin itll resstart after one minute. HELP! PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

    Hello,
    what is your operatoring system?
    Do you have a Pentium 3 600 to 800 series computer? Ask this as they seem to have over heating issues with WinXP and shut down. Need to crank up the temp shut off, but I doubt that's it.
    Have you just installed any new software? or Hardware?

    erm i have no idea... i dloaded a patch from microsoft, seems to ahve got rid of it
