I have had this starnge problem for wuite some time now,my system32 folder has become invisible and even after terying my hand with settings and all i couldnt make it visible.Plz help!
this happened to me once, it was SPYWARE... download Ad-Aware SE Personal and scan <!> also, navigate to the system32 directory and check if there is a file called keylogger or has keylogger in the name... anyway it was SPYWARE when it happened to me, may not be for you... but also post a HijackThis log so we can analyse it for you,,,

its spyware alrite. do a system restore to the last time you are sure everything was fine and then get some spyware protection

do a system restore... PS: your hijack this log is way too long you definitely need to do a system restore...
