T-Mobile MDA Compact 3 or a Dell (or a HP) PocketPC ?

    im having trouble on making my mind...anyone who knows how both works ?
    the mda compact 3 uses windows mobile 2003 and serves as a phone aswell... but is there any quality loss if i take that nstead of a dell or a hp pocketpc who uses win mobiel 2003 too...actually want one withz win mobile 2005 but cant find any ?
