hey guys i went to a wax museum just last week and i have a problem when using my Sony Cybershot dsc-t9. i always set it in auto because im not really familiar on how to adjust profiles that have been set. my problem is that when i take pictures of my wife and i set it in auto mode it gives a very clear picture of the my wife but a very dark image of the wax statues behind her. i tried every profile on her and nothing can get the job done so theres only one more choice and that is to set everything manually.

any tips on adjusting the settings manually?

seems that your camera is focusing on your wife and the background is too dark to get the image ........ try moving your wife NEXT to the wax image and take the picture then.... it should focus on the wax figure and your wife!
