Both could be useful depending on desired outcome and situation. Bit of a pun based on handle but nice to see people appreciative of information and assistance provided on these forums. There is a wealth of information available if members would just occasionlly use the search button and refain from asking questions that have been answered hundreds of times previously e.g., my DVD freezes - won't playback on my DVD etc.
