the box...scrambled or bad channel

hi anybody...pls help..i have the box and except for 10 channels that say scrambled or bad channel the rest are fine.my friend has good pictures on my bad 10..any suggestions pls?

 

check the 1s that have that message if they have the same symbol rate i.e 291.000 402.000 your signal is not strong enough if ur in ireland its probably the 394.000 395.000 range that ur missing

the good channels say 330000khz

 

no problem have seen it loads of times just dont forget if u have to get them out to fix it hide the box happy viewing

To input keys manually :

press menu
press 1570. (this takes you into secret menu)
Press OK on "nagravision"
Make sure your cable provider is listed at top N*L or T***WEST C&W CHO**S etc
Go down to "Key Number" and check its on 00
Go down again to "Key Data" and input the correct keys
Press OK to store
Go back up "Key Number" and change to 01 using the > button on the remote control
Go back down again to "Key Data" and input the correct keys
Press OK to store
Press "Exit" , Check the bottom option and make sure "Key EMU" is On
Press Ok again
Then "Exit and "Exit" again back to the main tv screen
Then go to a paid channel and should update .

api is 4.50e_E boot version 7...5th july 2007.

 

Are you in Ireland or the UK ?

The auto roll feature should work for you and you should not have to input the codes

Next time try this

Press Menu then 1570 and press the "Set Default Key" , press OK, and tune into S*Y Sports and it should auto update for you

 

ITS SETAN-A GOLF IM MISSING .WILL I TRY UPDATING ON THIS OR S-Y SPORTS

 

If you see "Code is being updated" on your screen , tune into any S*Y Sport / Movie channel and it will update faster for you

If you are missing SET GOLF then do a manual scan on 306.000

Press menu, select installation, select manual scan, click on down frequency , enter 306000 and press OK to scan .

It'll now scan for channels when its finished exit back to normal and check the end of your listing

celtic ,just tried the manual scan but no flippin good.

 

If no ch@nnels were found , and its not at the end of your ch@nnel listing , then you have it already , check through your ch@nnels , as they done a freq change a while ago and move some ch@nnels around .. try MTV Flux or MTV base , its there somewhere but I cant remember what ch@nnels were moved etc lol

 

celtic,i had seta-ta golf perfect up to a month ago.the channel is there but it says "bad channel" and is like its scrambled.its not possible to watch it now
