The box (someone help me please)

    just bought the box
    i can pick up most channels but i can only view bbc channels and channel 5 what should i do............

    First check what version you have installed

    Menu > System Information and lets know what API you have


    Some versions wont allow you to access the CAS

    try , Menu > 1570 and see can you access the CAS System > Go down to EMU key and make sure it is ON
