The Box Super DVB has stopped BBC channels

Hello
Can you help me find out why all my boxes 5 in total have lost the BBC channels? I have tried to reset one (factory settings) and now I cannot get any channels, I have set this to EMU via 1570 but cannot get back out of the instaaltion mode as there is no data.
Any ideas?

 

factory reset removes all channels,just start from scratch,autoscan ur provider and emu to on,remove any splitters and extensions first.

Thanks for your quick advice, I have tried to do that just now unfortunatley no programs are being found at all, I have turned on the EMU too. The other boxes will rescan but will not find all BBC or Ch5. I am on NTL in Hertfordshire do you think they have done something? What should I try next?

 

just find the backup files (channels and k*ys) then reload them.

 

try scanning different provider as if u scan wrong one=no channels found.

 

i am tring to get in to box pvr to turn on the emu but i tried 1570 but no joy and also tried 1969 is there any other one out there that i could try and open it???

 

For PVR you need to go into system setup, parental control and in here press info then 2007.
