the box super not updating

    no prob. haven't seen so many boxes go down or so many people on this forum in a year and a half.

    i don't think they know uk fixes work for ireland yet. i didn't, now i do :)

    He's right scouser - I searched before posting, and in one thread it said do not use the UK fixes.....
    All sorted now though - cheers.

    Hi guys

    I am completely The Box illiterate and haven't a clue how to solve this problem!!I would someone please be so kind as to PM me with the instructions to get my TV back!!!

    I have the box and im with N%* in Dublin,

    well i put on the 8.0 and its still stuck on update 0% tried all the things i know but no joy...any suggestions? cheers

    8.02 you need. then put on sky two and it should move but it might update more than once. it will work.

    it's called uk fix.

    just turned it to sky 2 and bam there it was!!i had it on sky sports cos thats what i did last time...thanks for that steo ur a star!!a big shiny chrismas star!!

    lol :) i don't know why but it updates more often on sky two for some reason. i know because i'm in dublin and done that myself.

    well hellooo noely!!to be honest it kinda stopped being a laugh for a while there with big brother giving out for off topic conversations(!)
    hopefully its a bit more relaxed now festive spirit and all that!!so i see mcgeady spat out his dummy and strachan wouldn,t pick it up for him!!hahaha!!

    Hey Guys I am a complete newbie i never asked on this site before coz i wouldnt have a clue anyway but my box is off, its a eurovox max and i bought a digivox yesterday for my daughters xmas present and thats also off, if anybody could tell me in any sort of laymans terms what i could do i would be sooooooo grateful

    ok. i haven't been on this much in a year though just in and out. i've a lot of boxes to flash today anyway. thank god i still have the null modem cable.
