The Box Super Updated With UK Fix But Still Not Working!

Joseph90 you need to configure your com ports correctly for your PC to recognize your box.

Are you using a Null modem cable along with a USB adapter OR just the Null modem cable also what operating system do you have on your PC.

I have a HP notebook attached to a docking station - which has one 9 pin com port COM1. Device manager shows COM1 port working OK.
I am connecting directly with box using a null cable.
Op system is Min XP Pro.

What steps do I need to take to communicate with 'Box' ?
