Hi, I have a bit of a problem. I was trying to sort out my parents box after the NTL frenzy of the last week. The code wouldn't work and i (stupidly) decided to do a factory reset. After i did the reset the parental control and one other menu topic couldn't be accessed. I tried to do an automatic scan and it kept freezing so i tried to do a manual scan and that froze too every time i tried to enter a frequency. And the most painful thing of all is that after all this grief i checked the EMU and it was turned off so had i turned it on all these problems could be avoided. Does anyone know do i need to reload the image on the box? Does anyone elses box freeze when scanning? Any suggestions? Any advice at all would be much appreciated - my head is wrecked! Thanks
Go to Menu > Factory setting pin 0000 ok to Delete {Turn Off The B0x At The Back For A Minute, Then Turn Back On} English > installation choose provider Auto scan press OK channels found Exit press menu > 1570 Turn EMU on Exit Exit Exit
