    Help!!!
I've been trying to burn a DVD-r as Blu-ray disk from *.mkv files using TSMuxer and ImgBurn, and it works really fast. My problem is, I get a large green bar at the bottom of the picture and the audio is 2-channel instead of multi. Subs are working and the picture quality is as it should be. I play the disk in my PS3.
If I take the video stream (00001.m2ts from \BDMV\STREAM\ directory) and copy it to my PS3, the audio works fine and the video is without the hidious green bar, but I miss out the subs. This leads me to beleive, that some adjustments have to be done in any of the *.clpi, *.mpls or *.bdmv files.
I've come across the issue in several forums, but have not found any answers yet. Could you please help?

This had been covered previously on this thread. You are getting the green bar because you have authored Blu-ray content in a non standard resolution.

Blu-ray discs must be authored within conforming resolutions & frame rates. These are...

    - 720 x 480 @ 29.98fps
    - 720 x 576 @ 25fps
    - 1280 x 720 @ 23.976fps/24fps/25fps/29.98fps
    - 1440 x 1080 @ 23.976fps/24fps/25fps/29.98fps (MPEG2 not supported)
    - 1920 x 1080 @ 23.976fps/24fps/25fps/29.98fps

    Hi Ryu,

Thanks a million for your quick respond. I have seen that text before, and I have tried to edit the zzzzz.clpi file with BDEdit and later with a hexeditor to set the correct resolution, in my case 1280x720p@24000/1001 (23,976), it doesn't help. Anyway, how come the 00001.m2ts works perfectly except for the non-working subs, when I copy it to my PS3? Also the resolution should not affect the audio.
I would like to get this working with TSmuxer and ImgBurn, cause I would have a 720p movie on a DVD within 1/2 hour with subs and everything. So far I've used mkv2vob, and that takes like up to 6 hours to get a playable file with the same specs on PS3.
I feel I'm close, but you know "I didn't get to heaven but I made it close", that's how I feel.
    Thanks again for your respond.

OK! Think I've got it now. This means basically all mkv 720p files you get from the net has to be transcoded into 1280x720, since they are mostly in 1280x540 or there about.
    I wonder,

    - Is there any software that could do this in matter of minutes not hours?
    - Will the audio issue be solved as well?

    I have learnt something today!

Unfortunately there is no quick fix, your movie needs to be recoded. A 720p movie should only take 3-6 hours on a fairy fast PC. There is a guide and the tools neccesary at the beginning thread.

Is it a VC-1 stream? That error message means that you haven't got the appropraiate Direct Show Filters installed, or they are configured incorrectly.

Wow... New technology! I want one for Christmas... I'd love a computer that can fly like a Fairy. It must be super fast. Hehe... :p

Between you, me, and Ryu77, you could get Australian dollars, American dollars, or Canadian dollars. Seeing as how it's fairy dust, would you accept Monopoly money? I knew the tooth fairy was rippin' me off when she left that Monopoly money under my pillow!

    Ryu77 ->

Is it correct that your bluray profile doesn't work in MeGUI v.0.3.0.3006?

    It crashed upon startup.

    Nevermind :)

Have compared a newly created profile in the newest version of MeGUI, to yours.
Then i have corrected them, so they match.
But in the newest version of MeGUI, there are some options that you dont have in your profile. (I have left them default)

    <PsyRDO>1.0</PsyRDO>
    <PsyTrellis>0</PsyTrellis>
    <AQmode>1</AQmode>
    <AQstrength>1.0</AQstrength>

And this is another value, compared to yours which is true
    NEW: <NewAdaptiveBFrames>1</NewAdaptiveBFrames>
    Yours: <AdaptiveBFrames>true</AdaptiveBFrames>

    But now it is encoding.

Guys, it seems there will be another release of tsMuxeR in the new year.

http://www.smlabs.net/tsmuxer_en.html (scroll to the bottom of the page).

Suggestions are welcome for the new release. I'm sure they will get several emails for problems such as TrueHD and FF/RW support, send your concerns anyway. Send them here.

    Guys, another question :)
    Hope you can help me!

I have encoded a .mkv to the correct resolution and i know have a .dts file and a .264 file.
I also have a .srt subtitle file and i want this to be on the movie when i mux it with TsMuxer. (I'm creating a bluray disc)

But i doesn't look like that the subtitle is on the movie when it's done muxing?

I test the BDMV and CERTIFICATE with PowerDVD before i burn it on a DVD9.

What am i doing wrong? The movie works perfekt, though without subtitles.

But i can thank you guys (Odin and Ryu) for the correct help with encoding!

If you are 100% sure the subs are there you might need to turn them on in your media player's options menu. I must do that with my PS3.

You should also know that the default subtitle position in tsMuxeR could be the problem, also. Although not likely on a software player, it certainly can be so far down the screen as to not be visible. I believe odin24 uses 60 and I prefer 64, but either way, the default of 16 doesn't even show up on my screen. Again, not likely to be the culprit, but something to consider...

I have added them to Tsmuxer, and it works perfectly with the .mkv itself.

I have now tried to mux with 60 bottom offset pixels, instead of 16.
    No difference.

And i PowerDVD, it doesn't recognize any subtitles.

    I'm sorry, i wasn't making myself clear.

I have added the .srt file to Tsmuxer. And what i meant, was that the .mkv works perfectly when you are playing this with the .srt in the same folder.

But if i add a .mkv with a .srt (which have not been recoded through MeGUI), and the mux it to a Bluray Disc, then i still not have any subtitle on the movie.

It's like my Tsmuxer doesn't take the .srt file into the muxing process. I'm using v. 1.8.8

Is it because it have to be .sup instead of .srt?

I can see that Tsmuxer recognize's .sup as .srt.
