Now if you had 2 six pacs, then I would call it a dinner. So far it is only a snack.

    gm, very very nice sauce.

Off topic I know, but when cooking acidic foods such as tomato sauce, best done in a multi layer stainless steel (18/10) pot as Allclad and not in Aluminium (even anodized types as Calphalon). Possibility of leaching the aluminium out. Possible link to alzheimers (over long periods) has been reported in scientific literature.

Non stick coating has and seen cracking and allows leaching of aluminum.

Best is to stay away from aluminium.

I prefer All Clad (pricey I know)

    thankee luv!! :D

btw I use either stainless steel or Magnalite brand. NO exposed aluminum, Teflon coated tho, and now that you've scared the crap out of me I'll be getting rid of it sooner than I wanted. :p

    recipe:
I cheated a bit as I use one of the big cans of spaghetti sauce for a base BUT I stick in all my ingredients to really make it good. :p

    1 large onion - diced
    8 oz of sliced mushrooms
    1 lb hamburger
small package of sliced pepperoni (quartered)
    garlic
    salt
    pepper
    oregano
and whatever you wanna add to make it yours. :)

preheat pan, add oil then onions and fresh garlic. Saute until almost done (just before they turn clear), add spices and hamburger (thawed of course) and brown. Add sauce and bring to boil, add pepperoni and mushrooms, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Gotta get that flava infusion!!!! :D

Hopefully you know how to cook spaghetti noodles and have them ready when your sauce is ready.

Turn off heat scoop over noodles and devour!!!! :D

You can't beat a well seasoned black cast iron pot and they do not cost an arm and a leg of lamb. Feel like I'm on the Wheel. LOL

My wife's cream puff's look exactly like those. Someone stole her recipe.

I say cheap in a humorous way. :p I know it's the best from what I've read and the deal seems pretty good to me. :D
