How about desserts? Anyone ever had a flourless chocolate truffle? I had one, and I fell in love with it immediately. It kinda looked like this, just less decorative (the amount of chocolate on top looks about the same) and the texture inside the cake is like this:

Tenderloin is Delicious this way in small bites dipped in Garlic Butter Good way to cook Baked Potato with this is to cut a plug out of each end & stick a piece of garlic in re-seal with plug. Bake till done Roud Steak-Sear to Med, Add 2 cups water,1Pk Lipton Onion Soup,1to2 Cns Mushroomm,1 Med Onion. Near Done add Cornstarch or flour thicken to taste. Excellent Sandwhich on French-Cuban-or Rolls to your liking Smothered in Gravy,Lettuce,Tomato,Mayo, a must
@luvvy we call that a hot roast beef po-boy and have been eating them since I was a kid. Basically leftovers on french bread from depression era -"poor boy's lunch" will be quite appropriate in today's economy!

I think it's called "crazy train" meat.. hehehe. Went to my local grocery store last evening and they had Lobster tails (5 oz.) on sale for $6.99/lb (yep a mistake was supposed to be $6.99 each) so I got 9 tails and the family got their first taste (and prolly last) of Lobster!!! GAWD is was GOOD!!!!!!! Sorry NO pix.... we was hungry and the camera wasn't in sight.... ROFL.... .....gm
