A big howdy from a fellow veteran. We may have been on different sides, but the experiences are likely the same.

I froze half to death outside at the memorial at 11 yesterday morning to remember our fallen, I may have flu, but that's not important.

Well i am just having my breakfast now, a glass of juice (freshly made apple, cucumber, carrot, broccoli, melon and pineapple), a cup of lemon and ginger tea and two slices of wholemeal toast with butter and honey!

Wish it could get me started. LOL I've never had much hunger in the am. Never eat breakfast. I can remember my Mom insisting on my eating a piece of dried toast before the bus. LOL
