    Two pounds a week wouldn't require that big a lifestyle change though, especially if you were exercising a little more! ;)

    Of course, we'll all put it on over the christmas! lol!

    Edit: Played wii sports for an hour and a half this afternoon, my arm is killing me! LOL!

    That would be a good way to start exercising, a half hour of eye toy or wii a day would burn a few calories off! LOL! ;)

    2 large grease sponges. Catsup would have been fine for the fries for me. But I do like a frito-chili pie. LOL all sooo healthy.

    Good luck there Jan with the weight program it's not easy and don't get all pious about our eating habits! LOL J/K

    OH MY!!!! You had me at "green hair" and then added some green fruit. :D I can't even think now.... :p

    NOW the only thing that sounds as tempting is Ms. varnull with PURPLE hair. :D Come on JR.... let's see some pix. :D hehehehee. /me is a bad little man. :p

    Tri-tip is some good stuff and comes out of Cali.. ;) It's difficult to find here in Texas, you can request it but normally they don't know what you're talking about unless you go to the local butcher. :)

    Was thinking about a little taco salad for a late lunch. :D
