    endo says we are going out for Korean grilled beef rib and beef bulgogi this weekend !

    Can't wait, yum !

    I wanna come too. You'll love the Bulgogi! Get some Om rice and/or ramen noodles to go with it. I would pass on the Kimchi, especially if there is kissing involved!!

    Is anyone on a diet after christmas?

    I had garlic mushrooms on toast for lunch yesterday, lovely and good for you as well! ;)

    You could never eat Kimchi and then actually talk to a patient much less work on one. LMAO

    Our Korean ROK soldier assistants ate that stuff all the time. BAD breath 101.

    The diet I was on last night was grilled ribeye steak-Oyster's Bienville-jumbo lump crab meat salad-Baked Potato and coconut cake with strawbs. It's good living near the coast. Twas my birthday

    Happy Belated B-Day garmoon!! Helluva of a meal you had - next time you need to invite me :)

    No diet here - it's never been my thing but I do usually eat right and fitness is a biggie w/ me.

    Lol, Arnt you guys forgetting something :D This is breakfast! Vanilla Roast (MMMMM) Vanilla creamer, Yes I like vanilla. However my usual blend is Millstone FOGLIFTER. VERY tastey, ;) I'll post Brunch after windows 7 is finished installing.

    I'm on a diet too. Part of a competition here at work. 14 of us in competition till 10 April.

    I so far lost about 5 lbs as of 2 days ago, but my pants have about an inch or 2 more room now. I'm not going to be weighing myself every day, maybe in another week or 2.

    I had weighed myself 2 days ago, and we started the competition about 10 days ago...so, it took me just over a week to lose 5.
