Had some family over this weekend. I grilled some black angus burgers on the grill with a sprinkle of Lawry's season salt and some pepper.

Diced some red potatoes and tossed them into a tin-foil wrap with a stick of butter, some garlic, and seasoned salt.

Then threw together some home made pasta salad with a nice wine vinagrette.

All washed down with some Coors Light. (gotta watch the weight somewhere!)

smoked brisket added to anything has to be good.... hehehe. :p

"saving" calories whilst drinking beer is NOT accepted!!@!!!@!! You must enjoy your "carbonated" beverages and if that means a beer is 110 calories or 200 calories then so be it!!!! hehehe...... :D

I'm not into the term 'big boned'. I prefer the term 'extremely normally healthy'!!

Sounds great. I will be checking with the telephone company afterwhile, because I was home almost all weekend. Don't know how I could have missed your call to come over. Must be a problem with my phone service right? :)

I like greensman prefer "big boned". And I's be one. Stopping the cigarettes really got me and all the twinkies. LMAO

We'll be having Rib eyes on the CHARCOAL grill, fresh okra and tomatoes and baked potato with fixins. Loco would send a smattering of the pulled pork over? It's safe to go outside again since the T.S.Faye rain has subsided-5+inches since yesterday am.

7th, the true reason you were missing 3 burgers and 5 Coors was that I snuck over your fence when I found out you were having a barbie (burrrrrp). So sorry for the bad manners, and I did'nt even say thank you for the fine eats. Welllll, a belated thanks !!!!

You're always welcome here, but you either cook or bring beer...that's the rules.

Thanks for leaving the bottles...in my yard!

7th, in your previous post, you made no mention to ferguj about cooking or bringing the beer. I think you are picking on me,( and playing favoritism to ferguj) bcuz I'm from so cal(and the fact we are not snowed in in the winter freezing my tushie off, but enjoying 70 degree weather).

    So what gives ?

    No prob, anytime !

Iluvendo left the bottles in your yard so you could recycle them. Should bring in 0.10-0.15 cents easy!!

    @iluvendo
Don't think for a minute he was playing favorites, the only reason I complained was because it was RSVP. I had already paid ahead as my contribution for the food and beer (mainly beer). Then I got shortchanged as the time was to be announced later. I guess in my case later meant after the festivities had already taken place. So be careful what you commit to with our buddy 7th.

So i'm just wondering what you guys do on a sunday for dinner.

We usually do the traditional roast, lamb, beef etc., my kids love it and actually prefer to stay home for dinner on a sunday rather than go out.

So what would you usually do on sundays? :)
