    Happy belated Garmoon! Well... I dont think this'll top GM's post but, I thought it looked pretty good so I took a pic. MMMMMM MMMMM good. I also like mixing a paticular salsa into it while its cooking. I love the aroma. Two chopped beef patties, 6 eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, and of course tortillas. Now thats my idea of brunch. Darn near dinner now though :D

    As far as topping the GM... it's easy... you just did by cooking your own meal. ;) I found those on Google (images), but they is good looking ain't they?? :D

    The only thing that concerns me about your meal is the tortillas. You need to find something that resembles homemade. :) Albuquerque is a good source if you can find them.... :p

    mmm hmmm, I wanna make my own tortillas actually. Havnt got around to looking it up. Their fairly cheap at walmart ;) Been pretty bent on computers for months. Windows 7 is awesome, but... I am encountering a few bugs. Though the bugs could be due to ignorance :D

    I don't know if you guys have Moe's in your area, but as you can see it is 3.5-4 forks wide :)

    Coupled with a scoop of chips and a cup of queso makes for a helluva meal.

    No Moe's here either. We're always last for everything.

    @omegaman7

    You seem to be an amateur drinker: RUM and rootbeer?? Waste of some good Rum! Reminds me of my first attempts to drink Scotch. Tried it with Coke. Not too good. Still hate the stuff today. Love anything else.

    We had a local place here called 'Moody's Tacos' that had 8 locations in the city. All their tacos were huge, each weighed at least 1/2 pound. The largest one they had was called the 'Trash Can'. It had smashed beans, eggs, sausage, chorizo, bacon, barbacoa, potatos, and fajita meat. It weighed almost 2 pounds and was about $4.50. The owners sold the franchise about 5 years ago, and they just weren't the same, and eventually closed less then 3 years later.

    We had a place by school years ago (closed now) "El Rey's"
    They had the garbage burrito special. Weighed in at over 2 lbs. Supposed to have everything in it including "carne de gato". Go figure. But tasted great !

    To each His own, bud :) The gas station didnt have my usual concoction! Actually, im quite possibly considered an alcoholic. My father is. Its in my blood. Eases the pain. My rum goes pretty well with many things. Last night was a thing. Eggnog is good, cranberry(all forms) is good. Not much of a STRAIGHT booze drinker. Once in a while whiskey is good though. :D

    I heard someone say Whiskey! I'm in.

    I'm a big fan of Jameson. Straight. Jack and Coke from time to time.
