IIRC Dave's is one of those sauces that is sold with a "caution" about endangering your health. lol. It's that friggin hot. I've had some very hot sauces before and one I use sometimes is called "100% PAIN", yep it's HOT.

    Soup does sound good. ;)

I dont know about that stuff, but the hottest thing to touch my lips was "thai pepper"!!! I stuck the whole darn thing in my mouth, not knowing what to expect. The guy who gave it to me dropped his jaw. I knew at that moment I screwed up. I had to run 100 paces to the nearest drinking fountain! THAT MADE IT HOTTER. Then I was running to the milk machine in the lunch room. Thank goodness for MILK!!!
Heres a linky you may find interesting

LOL, I LOVE meat! Unfortunately, I shoud be the opposite of you, for atleast a time. Im not getting enough greens/veggies. And I think its taking its toll. Ive felt depressed for over a week now. I was driving to work today, and I thought a concrete wall was rather inviting. Though im rather dehydrated as well.
Take it from me guys/gals. Good foods are a necessity. im 30 yrs old, and I feel 50. THATS NO JOKE. However its my own fault!

yah...im definetely gonnna be in the market for some serious veggies tomorrow. You know...Your body really knows what it needs. You see a glass of water, your either thirsty or your not. But when you hit an extreme... lettuce, tomotato, fruits, etc, begin to look like CANDY! CANDY I tell yah. I bet you know what im talking about. The body has a subconscious way of letting us know these things. Salt, sugar, water, protein...infact our body knows whats in food better than we do. Atleast I dont doubt it. I hear blueberries are EXCELLENT brain food. Gonna have to get some of those. Feeling kinda stupid lately, LOL. Totally kidding. Serious about the blueberries though :D

Yeh blueberries and strawberries from what I here and good for you. Anti-oxidants or something like that. :p I could go on a health food rant but it would be against all that is GM in your eyes..... so I'll just say eat healthy and things will begin to look brighter. :D

add: a little fruit for the healthy. :)

That last fruit salad looks pretty good. Not a big fan of blueberries other than blueberry muffins.

Personally I have a craving for a good rib fest right now.

@endo - i can see who wears the pants in your relationship! ;)

and in your case, not only are you not wearing them, but keep eating vegan and they'll definitely be a slimmed down version! lmao!

@jo - we all like endo the way he is. why are you trying to change him so much?

    Hi Eva,

recently endo went to his doctor for a regular visit. His doctor told him he needs to loose a few pounds and I thought I would help. I am not really trying to change endo, but just help him with his doctor's orders.
