Last night I took my 88year Valentine Mom out for fresh fried oysters, and shrimp and gumbo. They fry them as they shuck em! Can't get any fresher. 5 miles from the Gulf marshes and Vermilion Bay where the good stuff grows. Tonight I get to take my other valentine wife out to a party, after she gets home from the Mardi Gras afternoon parade. It's hang over season again. Yall come on down for good eats and better bashes where you get over-served very easily. And the ladies show things for beads! We dogie!

    Hi everyone,

dinner time is upon us, so after a sumptous weekend of eating, it is back to reality,so for dinner, it is grilled salmon over a bed of greens (with a wine vinegrette) for us (so healthy)
