Unless you're a big Sushimi eater I'd go ahead and cook it. :)

Baked, grilled, pan fried (blackened), or how ever you wanna try it. ;)

    Hi everyone,

haven't been here all weekend. Being that endo needs to save for his ct scanner (we could'nt go to Barbados as suggested by murph), endo took me on a surprise weekend getaway to Santa Barbara ! It was sooooo grand! Sleeping in late, sight seeing, shopping (of course) and dining !
Can't wait to do this again !

Holy mackerel!!! A 4 1/2 pound steak! I couldnt begin to fathom eating half of that in one meal LOL. I'd be lucky to put away 1/4 of it with some mashed potato's, pea's and gravy....mmmmmm

Jo, if you look closer, you'll notice a tag saying "size: medium".

Yes, we do everything bigger in Texas, including our steaks. Next time, try and take a pic of a large steak.

    Ray

P.S. Before this weightloss competition, it would take me maybe just over an hour to finish that plate.

unsweet tea is fine but you gotta go with some Peach flavoring. lol. Cristal Light and some other companies make some great flavored teas. :)

GM the Peach flavoring etc would be sugar or corn syrup which i don't touch. and the aspartame or sucralose in Crystal Light i never liked. you can learn to drink Iced Tea unsweet and after you do its better that way you actually taste the Tea and not the sugar
