Yes, its definitely better than smoking. I am a pretty fit individual :D Still not craving, and virtually no desire to smoke again. And I was one of the heaviest smokers! Thats probably what opened my eyes. Now I walk by smokers, and am like WOW!!! I cant believe I used to smell like that!! The government should jack up the price until smokers cant take it anymore. Sorry smokers, but it really is bad for you. And when you think about it, your making excuses BECAUSE your addicted to it! :D

I can't be too mean to Jo, she has kept Endo off my case about other more embarrassing things. However, she knows my feelings on some of her diet choices and the mental anguish it causes me. :p
So how about some sliced brisket.

    Gm,

OK. You may not be aware of this, but I was raised reform Jewish, so mom fed me as a child fried chicken skins. So bad for you but so yummy. Comfort food. Endo likes them too (much !).

Fried chicken skins-white man's version of the southern fried pigskins! Both yummy! What you think makes Popeye's fried chicken soooo good. LOL

BBQing Angus Rump Roeast stuffed with jalapenos, garlic and onions and green peppers if the cold gale outside stops blowing tonight.
