    Go ahead and post some sweetie!!! You is so good at salads. :) If you can find a nice wedge salad that would be dandy... oh and that "pretty" Greek salad you always post is yummy too. :)

    Hey Jo, remember that veggie platter you posted? What's that sauce thing in the middle? Looks like yogurt or something. I've been snacking on carrots to keep my hunger assuaged.

    GM, man that chicken looks awesome! I have a question. I don't have a smoker, is there an alternate way of smoking the chicken? We mostly grill on the gas grill but we DO have a SMALL charcoal based grill(but no charcoal right now). Can I smoke it in the charcoal grill and then transfer it to the gas grill or can I somehow use the woodchips on the gas grill?

    I've been eating a lot of this lately. I might make some quiche and post up pics.

    Hi all,

    just finished dinner with endo and his friends. We were served a new dish to me, sliced abalone with shitake mushrooms in oyster sauce, A big YUM !

    Today when I went visit Mom & Dad's: Rice, Lima Beans, Pot Roast Gar Fish and Pot Roast Duck. I guess mom cooked it because my cousin was visiting from Houston.
